Step 2 : SIGN NDA with ComplianceOne
Step 3 : ComplianceOne will arrange meeting with the counterparties to discuss the details of the Targeted Businesses and the transactions details.

Step 5 : ComplianceOne will notify the relevant regulators about Change of Shareholders.
